1> Try to add more healtheir foods, instead of subtracting or restricting yourself from food intake.

2> Consume less fatty foods like Oats, Wheat based foods.

3> DOn't go for intense work out. Instead go for more walk.

4> Try to avoid the foods you already love (Avoid pizza, burgers, favorite toppers, low-fat ice cream).

5> Keep hydration at level high and it will definitely helps.

6> Always tune in yourself..! Have more fun with friends  and enjoy the life.

Weight fat loss is easier than ever.! There are few easy methods available to reduce body weight. There is everything to us. A few simple steps.


1) Drink lots of water everyday.

2) Have dinner before 2 hours prior to night sleep.

3) Try to eat something at regular intervals. Don't dump your tummy at single shot :!

4) Reduce the starch content foods like rice etc.

5) Take green cereals atleast thrice in a week.

6) Try to add more fiber dishes like Oats milk, Oats roti regularly.

7) Don't eat too much of fatty foods like meat, icecreams, cake etc.

8) Be active in day time, don't take a long nap.
